We are super excited to once again invite you to Lofoten. Come spend the end of summer with us, try something new and get toghether with other playful travelers from around the world in an small scale retreat with life lasting memories.

About the host:

Your local hoop n hike, SUP guide and hoop instructor
initiated Scandinavias first hula hoop retreat back in 2017,
the Hoop N Hike retreat.
Since then she has hosted 9 retreats all together.
2017-18-19 she ran summer retreats.
Then in 20024 and 2025 she ran the first ever Hoop n Hike winter adventure. The next winter edition will be in March 2027.
And for summer 2026 she re-introduces the Hoop n Hike Summer adventure!
Well accustomed to bringing tourists out in to nature, she loves to take you hiking, and stand up paddling (a few kayaks also available) as well as share her knowledge about local history, art and wilderness.
Elisabeth glimmers when she can share her passion with others, and can't wait to have you here!
Doing hula hooping in the arctic has brought some attention to Elisabeth and her business.
Some fun facts :
*In 2022 She appeared on the British ITV series Breaking Dad
where she taught Bradley and Barney Walsh to do fire hooping here in Lofoten.
*In 2019 Ho Rockeringdama was inspiration for a charcter in Trygve Luktvasslimos film
